External beauty is not handosme. A person is judged not by his appearance but by his qualities. A man is beautiful only when he is generious and kind hearted. when a man is praised by others he is praised only because of his virtues and not because he looks beautiful. if a man is bad and immoral he is not honoured even by the people who look for beauty.
Hence handsome is considered only when a person does beautiful things that help others to live well. So it is rightly said that hand some is that hand some does.
